Dosetrail is a daily health journal that tracks symptoms, health readings, and medication changes — automatically connecting the dots so you walk into every doctor's appointment fully prepared.
Dosetrail isn't just a symptom tracker — it's the connection between a dose change and how your body responded three days later.
Automatically flags symptoms that appeared within days of a medication change — visible as a ⚡ badge on your timeline.
Log blood pressure, blood glucose, and weight alongside your symptoms every day. Every reading is timestamped and included in your doctor report.
Set flexible reminders per medication — daily, weekly, or monthly. Tap "Log now" straight from the notification to pre-tick your meds instantly.
Photograph rashes, swelling, bruising — tagged with body location and symptom type. Show your doctor exactly what happened.
A visual strip of your photos over time so a doctor can literally see a rash spreading, fading, or changing across weeks.
One tap exports a clean, printable summary: symptoms, health readings, dose changes, and photos — ready for your appointment.
All data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to any server. Your health data stays yours, always.
Instead of raw data, get a plain-English summary: "Fatigue appeared 3 days after your dose increase and has occurred 8 of the last 11 days."
If you're changing doses, starting something new, or managing a chronic condition — Dosetrail helps you make sense of the patterns.
Most people upgrade the week before a doctor's appointment. That's exactly when Pro is there for you.
Tap the Meds tab in the top navigation bar. This is where you manage all your medications.
Enter the medication name, your current dose, and the date you started taking it. Each medication gets a unique colour used across the app.
When your doctor adjusts your dose, open the medication and tap "Log dose change". Enter the new dose and the date. This is the data that powers the correlation feature.
This is your daily entry screen. It defaults to today's date, but you can tap the date to log for a past day you missed.
Your medications appear as checkboxes. Tick the ones you took. This helps track adherence over time.
Choose from preset symptoms or add a custom one. For each symptom, rate severity from 1 (mild) to 5 (severe). You can track multiple symptoms per day.
If you have them, enter your blood pressure (e.g. 124/82), blood glucose (e.g. 5.4 mmol/L), and weight. These appear on your timeline and are included in your PDF report so your doctor can see trends over time.
Tap the camera icon to photograph a rash, swelling, bruising, or any visible symptom. You'll be asked to tag it with a body location (e.g. Left arm, Face) and symptom type (e.g. Rash, Swelling). Add a note if helpful.
Anything that doesn't fit the structured fields goes here — context about your day, diet, stress levels, or observations worth remembering.
The 📈 Timeline tab shows a reverse-chronological feed of all your entries. Look out for:
Select a date range — 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days. The report will cover all your entries in that period.
You'll see symptom frequency bars, average severity scores, a photo gallery, your dose changes, and suggested talking points for your appointment.
Tap "Export PDF" to generate a clean, printable document. You can share it directly with your doctor, save it to your files, or print it.
Each medication can have its own reminder schedule. To set one up:
Tap on any medication to open it, then tap the Reminder toggle to enable reminders for that medication.
Select Daily, Weekly (specific days), or Monthly (specific dates). Then set the time — or add multiple times if you take the medication more than once a day.
When a reminder fires, tap "Log now" directly from the notification. Dosetrail will open the Log screen with that medication already pre-ticked — saving you time.
